CELPLAS INDUSTRIES NIGERIA LIMITED was incorporated in Lagos State, Nigeria, in 1991, with an initial Authorised Capital of Five Hundred Thousand Naira (N500,000/-), divided into Five Hundred Thousand shares of One Naira each.  This has subsequently been raised to Forty Million Naira.

Celplas Industries Nigeria Ltd. Is a Multifaceted Plastic Manufacturing Company specializing in products manufactured from Injection Molding, Blow Molding, and Extrusion Molding.

We started manufacturing domestic plastic wares in February 1991, with our brands DUNCAN & THERMOLINEO, which are household names today.  Now, we are by far the largest manufacturers of coolers in Africa, and number one in Nigeria for many years with a market share of 60%.  Our coolers range from ½ liters to 150 liters capacity, and the manufacturing strength of Celplas is its production capacity of one million coolers per Month through our various factories located in Lagos and Ogun State.
